Sholly is a Certified Hakomi Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and clinical supervisor who specializes in trauma therapy, somatic healing, and couples counselling. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we slow down, listen to the body, and gently explore the emotions and patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
She supports individuals navigating trauma, burnout, stress, identity exploration, and life transitions, as well as couples who are working to repair connection, improve communication, and rebuild emotional safety. Her approach integrates somatic therapy, EMDR, Attachment-Focused EMDR, EFT, and Gottman Method interventions in a warm, attuned, and collaborative way. She moves at the client’s pace, encouraging curiosity and compassion rather than pressure or urgency.
Sholly also offers supervision to registered provisional psychologists and consultation to therapists/clinicians with an emphasis on reflective practice, somatic awareness, cultural humility, and confidence-building.
Outside of her work, Sholly enjoys reading, volunteering within her community, and spending time with her beloved fur babies. She values connection, laughter, and finding moments of rest in the everyday.
